	BWWLCjNsfy i have seen this person in lohare , Pakistan and in real life it is a very unsettling site. He is a begger and the begging gangs use him as a shock item to get money out of people. 	PhNPAAEOnWJq Soak the picture and glass in disllited water until the photograph comes loose (this might take several hours). After the photograph comes loose, you need to squeegee the excess water from the photograph (remember to squeegee from the back), then hang to dry just like if it where just printed. I have used this technique for years to not only remove photo's from there glass but to also remove stains, mold and other spots.
