Soak the picture and glass in disllited water until the photograph comes loose (this might take several hours). After the photograph comes loose, you need to squeegee the excess water from the photograph (remember to squeegee from the back), then hang to dry just like if it where just printed. I have used this technique for years to not only remove photo's from there glass but to also remove stains, mold and other spots. Just remember the disllited part, disllited water has no minerals in it to deposit onto the photograph. Good Luck
